We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts (not due to our error) may not be eligible for a full refund.

3. Return Process

  1. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Remorse: For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (USD).
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
